If so, you will be needing to submit a notice to Building Control which includes an energy rating (SAP calculation). In addition, you going to require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) from an accredited On Construction Energy Assessor.

As an accredited On Construction Energy Assessor, Walton Consultancy UK Ltd can provide this energy rating (SAP rating) and the required EPC, in some cases within 48 hours.

As you are probably aware, Building Control require a SAP calculation in the notice you submit to them. An EPC is then drawn up as a result of an extension (an As Built check) to this SAP calculation.

An EPC comes with a Recommendation Report on improvements that could be made to save money and energy.

By law, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) can only be produced by an accredited On Construction Energy Assessor. We can supply both a SAP calculation and an EPC.
